Studio Shi – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in activities at Studio Shi. By booking, visiting, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payment

 

 

  • Bookings can be made in person.

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Studio Shi reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a reschedule.

  • Group bookings or private events may have separate cancellation policies, provided at the time of booking.

​

 

3. Studio Use & Collection of Items

 

 

  • Pottery items require glazing and firing, which takes approximately [1-4 weeks].

  • We will notify you when your item is ready for collection.

  • Finished items must be collected within [52 weeks]; uncollected items may be recycled or donated.

  • Studio Shi is not liable for items damaged during the firing process, as outcomes may vary due to the nature of ceramics.

 

4. Food, Drink & Behaviour

 

 

  • Studio Shi operates as a BYOB venue for adults. Alcohol consumption is permitted but must be responsible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

5. Safety & Liability

 

 

  • Our paints and materials are non-toxic and safe for all ages.

  • Guests are expected to use equipment responsibly.

  • Studio Shi is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings while on the premises, except where required by law.

6. Website Use

 

 

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by Studio Shi and may not be copied without permission.

  • We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use.

  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Your personal data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to this use.
